Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the cleaning services provided by Property Refresh Maids ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Property Refresh Maids provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, including but not limited to:

• Recurring house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Deep cleaning services
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning

Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We will provide an estimated arrival time, but exact times may vary due to traffic or previous appointments.
• You are responsible for ensuring our team has access to your property at the scheduled time.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ Hours Notice: No fee for rescheduling with advance notice.
• Less Than 24 Hours: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.
• No-Show/Lockout: If our team cannot access your property, the full service fee may be charged.

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Pricing and Payment

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
• Recurring cleaning customers may be eligible for discounted rates.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, pet hair, or services not included in the original quote.

Access to Property

You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our cleaning team. This includes:

• Clear pathways to all areas requiring cleaning
• Securing pets in a safe area during the cleaning
• Providing keys, codes, or other access information as needed
• Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are functional

Client Responsibilities

• Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before our arrival.
• Inform us of any specific cleaning products you prefer or any allergies.
• Notify us of any hazardous materials, pest issues, or safety concerns.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning team.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

Liability and Insurance

• Property Refresh Maids is fully insured and bonded.
• We take great care with your belongings. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours.
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to the value of the cleaning service.
• We are not responsible for items of extraordinary value unless declared in advance.

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any Property Refresh Maids employee or contractor for private cleaning work outside of our services for a period of 12 months following their last service at your property.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
